Christian Legal Group Files Suit Against Obamacare

The American Center for Law and Justice, an Evangelical Christian legal group, has filed a lawsuit against Obama's healthcare plan. They have 63 member of Congress on board. In the brief, it said Congress cannot pass any law that seems to most efficiently address a national problem. They said it would place Americans' economic liberty in serious jeopardy-- and would have a rippling effect on interstate commerce.  Founded in 1990 by Pat Robertson, the A.C.L.J. is Robertson's answer to the American Civil Liberties Union. "Someone has got to stop the A.C.L.U. in court," Robertson said in 1995. He said "our attorneys are defending Christians in courtrooms all across America."
