Charging People To Evangelize One College In Arizona Does It

A college in Arizona is charging people who share the gospel. Now, attorneys for the Alliance Defense Fund asked a federal court to halt a Maricopa Community College police that puts an unconstitutional burden on visitors. ADF attorneys argued the college charged a 50-dollar fee, required an insurance payment, and demanded a 2- week advance notice from evangelizers. They say that is unconstitutional. The lawyers in court this week asked the court to suspend the MCC policy while the lawsuit moves forward.
