Penn State now waits to find out what will happen with Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett's federal lawsuit against the NCAA. The results of this lawsuit could show how much power the NCAA has over college teams. Corbett said their 60 million dollar fine broke their own laws. The question is: will the lawsuit hold weight in court? Attorney Bruce Zero of Scranton is a Penn State Alumnus. He says the governor has a fair chance of winning the case, but he does face some big barriers. "Penn State is a member of the NCAA and is subject to their rules. That's number one. Number two-- the President of the University agreed to the sanctions. That's two major obstacles."
