A new study shows Britain is the third worst country for families in Europe. The study was posted by the Relationships Foundation. It gauges the pressures on families in 27 european countries, and found families in Britain are struggling more then their European counterparts under the weight of money worries, long working hours, and high living costs. Only families in Bulgaria and Romania were more pressured. Britons work, on average, 43 hours a week, spend one quarter of their income on childcare-- 3 times what German families pay. 1 in 5 said they had "great difficulty" making ends meet. It also has the second highest teenage pregnancy rate in Europe, high levels of underage drunkenness, and high teenage drug use.
