Believe God Will Heal You The Government Says Too Bad

A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit that pitted President Obama's requirement for every American to have health insurance by 2014 against religious freedom. The case was brought about by the Christian legal group founded by Pat Robertson: the American Center for Law and Justice. Their lawyers argued they believed God would heal their inflictions; and being forced to buy insurance would conflict with their faith. The judge said anyone who objects to having healthcare for religious reasons can, quote "choose to pay the penalty instead." Gladys Kessler is the third democratic judge to dismiss a challenge to Obamacare. 2 republican judges have ruled part or all of the law unconstitutional.
