Athiests Sue To Have 9 11 Cross Removed

Athiests are suing to have the cross removed from the 9-11 World Trade Center Museum. American Athiests, a group that describes its mission as protecting civil rights for non-believers, claims the government installation of the cross is an "unconstitutional mingling of church and state." The cross was made of intersecting steel beams found in the rubble of the buildings destroyed in the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center. The museum says the cross is not just about religion. They say it unified people at the site, and it will stay, unless they're court ordered to take it down.
