Dawn Nyguyen,  convicted in the deadly Webster, New York ambush is about to face her first federal charges.
Nyguyen, who was accused of lying on documents to buy guns used in the 2012 Christmas Eve Ambush, is expected to take a plea deal in federal court ton Friday. She would have spent just a year a state prison, but it's a federal crime  to loan a felon guns. If she accepts the plea deal, she could spend 10 years in federal prison. Two firefighters were killed and 2 injured at the hands of William Spengler Junior-- who used Nyguyen's weapons.
