A new legal case in Ohio has the ACLU is trying to prove it can sue just for seeing the 10 Commandments on public display. The case made its way to the U.S. Supreme Court this week after a judge put the 10 Commandments on a courtroom wall. His action offended an ACLU lawyer and now the American Center for Law and Justice has petitioned the Supreme Court. They're asking that they overturn an appellate ruling that states the lawyer has grounds to sue simply because he's offended. The Supreme Court previously said that was insuffiecient grounds for a lawsuit.
