This luncheon will feature a speaker from the Rochester chapter of the Alzheimer's Accociation with a program on memory wellness titled "Maintain Your Brain." The program provides a fresh, hopeful attitude towards aging, making informed choicesthat result in a lower risk factor, and making improvements in brain health and vitality. The cost is $6 at the door. Advance reservations are required by September 30 and can be made by calling 607-776-4151 or 800-927-9083. Seniors Luncheons are for seniors that are 55 and older.
