The apostle Paul wrote of the certainty of God fulfilling His plan in the life of those who trust Him.

Philippians 1:6  [The apostle Paul said]  "And I am sure of this, that He Who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ."  (ESV)

It's hard to wait on the Lord!  Who does not want God to skip the boring, mundane, and monotonous times of life and skip to the glorious conclusion where we have the meekness of Moses, the self-restraint of Joseph, and the courage of Joshua??

When you think God has forgotten about you and the conflicts and challenges you face -- think again!  He created you with a mission in mind.  No one is born ready-made to accomplish great things for God.  Wait and be confident that He is committed to molding and shaping you -- as you surrender to Him -- this refining will take place!  God has no half-finished masterpieces.
