The prophet Isaiah records God’s words of encouragement to Jewish exiles in Babylon.

Isaiah 41:10 [God said] Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (NASB)

God’s Word to you is fear NOT! Since God is for you fear should not rule!   When you struggle with panic and despair, God says lean back and trust Him – He’s got the situation under control. He offers not only His strength, but His help – which always meets the need – and when we cannot stand in our own strength, His right hand is around us, upholding us!

God’s help is not limited, but is comprehensive. John Gill describes God's help for Christ-followers, “ Help out of their afflictions and temptations, and out of the hands of all their enemies; help them in the discharge of duty, in the exercise of grace, in bearing the cross, in fighting the Lord’s battles, and in their journey to another world”. Look at today’s challenges through the lens of God’s ever-present supply!
