The apostle Paul describes the supreme, overcoming, resurrection power of God.

Ephesians 1:19-21  " . . . according to the working of His great might which He accomplished in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and made Him sit at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority . . . "  (RSV)

On days when you feel weak and inadequate:   cast your worries, stresses, and anxieties on the Lord!  He cares AND He can do something to help.  It's hard to imagine anything greater than the ability to take that which is dead . . . and bring it to life!

That's the power of the God we serve.  Ray Stedman writes, "Resurrection power doesn't pay attention to obstacles.   It just surges on ahead, leaves the problems up to God, and goes on.  It doesn't rely upon someone else, nor upon something else.  It doesn't need a vote of confidence."  It's greater than any ruler or power on earth!
