White House Race Could Run Late Tuesday

Exactly how close is the race for the White House? An ABC/Washington Post poll has President Obama with 48.56 percent of the vote, Mitt Romney, 48.49 percent of the vote. The poll has both men within hundredths of a point. Pundits say the race could last well into the night Tuesday. Some are saying Hurricane Sandy will give the President a much needed boost, but others say the President spent just a day with victims, then headed back to the campaign trail, and Sandy may hurt him in the long run. Meanwhile, the nation's unemployment rate has risen to 7.9 percent with 171-thousand new jobs added in October.  That's according to the last Labor Department jobs report before Election Day.  With unemployment up another notch before Tuesday, the numbers don't help the President.
