Western New York May Break No-Snow Record

12.02.11 | Sarah Harnisch

Western New York is on the brink of a no-snow record. It's December 2nd, and no snowflakes are flying. It's something that hasn't happened in 100 years. What we're competing for is the latest snowfall on record at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The last record was set December 3rd, 1899. Some snow is forecast for tonight, but if it's less then a tenth of an inch by midnight, the record will be broken.
