Virgina backs down on Pro-Life Bill

The State of Virginia is backing away from a proposed ultrasound law that would have fined abortion doctors if they failed to show abortion-vulnerable women internal ultrasounds of their unborn babies before they decide to terminate their pregnancy.
Governor Bob Mcdonnell had promised to sign the bill, but is now having second thoughts. The Pro-life governor says mandating an invasive procedure is not a proper role of government.
Internal ultrasounds give a clearer picture of the developing baby.  "That" requirement was yanked after women's rights groups complained.
