   The U.S. government has cleared the way for all 50 states to allow online gambling. A Justice Department opinion quietly cleared the way for states to legalize internet poker and virtually all forms of online gambling-- except for sports contests. Supporters say  the move will reap billions of dollars in tax revenue. But it's got gambling addicts groups up in arms-- they say the poorer you are, the more likely you are to gamble.
