Students in Pennsylvania and New York are still on edge follow the Connecticut massacre. And now, two schools in the listening area have been threatened. Owego schools were warned that a student was planning a shooting today at the Tioga County school, prompting a panic through social media, and yesterday there were rumors and threats at Elmira's city school district. That school system will have extra supervision and additional police officers present Friday.
