Two New York City lawmakers are tired of seeing shop signs in foreign languages. The "New York Post" reports Republican City Councilmen Dan Halloran and Peter Koo are sponsoring a bill that would require stores to list at least their name and address in English.  The men say the rule would be good for consumers and for business in the Big Apple's ethnic neighborhoods.  They also say having store signs in English would help police, firefighters and ambulances respond more quickly in emergencies.
