Gun control advocacy group CeaseFire Pennsylvania has given two gubernatorial candidates 100 percent rating on their gun control stances. Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz, and Katie McGinty, an attorney and former Environmental Protection Secretary, were the only two candidates to garner the top rating in a survey of 19 questions from the organization regarding gun control measures. Both are Democrats. The rating was released Monday by CeaseFire officials at a press conference in the Capitol in Harrisburg.
