As we approach the 17th anniversary of the tragic terrorist attacks of 9/11, a tower that honors the passengers and crew killed aboard Flight 93 is now in place in the rual Pennsylvania field where the hijacked plane crashed.

Former Pennsylvania governor Tom Ridge addressed the tower as "an everlasting concert by our heroes."

This is the final major feature of a 2,200-acre memorial, north of Shanksville.

The 93-foot structure is designed with a wind chime for each of the 40 who died on September 11th, 2001.
