New York Governor Andrew Cuomo wants to place information kiosks along the 570-mile New York State Thruway. He unveiled a plan Thursday to place the kiosks at locations along the highway to direct drivers to historical sites, museums, and other attractions. The Thruway runs through New York City, to Albany, to Buffalo. The project is called the "Path Through History" tours.
