Top Pennsylvania Lawmaker Wants All Suspects DNA Tested

    A top-ranking Pennsylvania lawmaker wants D.N.A. testing done on suspects arrested for certain crimes.  Current law states these tests cannot be done until after a suspect is convicted.   Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pelegi says the D.N.A. database will help solve crimes.  The Pennsylvania A.C.L.U. says it amounts to an invasion of privacy.
