Homeowners with properties along Lake Ontario have until Friday evening to apply for New York state flood relief.

The state has set aside $15 million for grants to shoreline residents whose property suffered in this year's spring flooding.

Applications need to be dropped off, mailed, or completed online by 5 p.m. tomorrow night.

A separate relief package for businesses and shoreline municipalities comes with a December 31st application deadline.

Governor Cuomo also filed an application seeking federal disaster relief.
