This Could Be Coldest January In 25 Years
01.05.11 |
Forecasters say this month could be the coldest January in more than 25 years. And it's going to get really bad-- for New York-- next week. Accuweather.com says temperatures across the country have been at or below normal this winter. But it's not even close to over. A "major cold shock" is expected to hit us in the middle of the month-- sometime next week. A cold front coming from Siberia, over the Arctic Circle-- through Canada-- and nabbing New York. Parts of New York and Southern New England are expected to be hit the hardest.
