The Lights Are Back On In Bath, NY

It took over 3 days, but the city of Bath, New York, population 56-hundred, finally has all its lights back on. Work crews completed repairs at the damaged Wilson street substation Tuesday afternoon. They say everything is now back to normal. Up to 80 percent of the town went black over the weekend, but the utility doesn't seem to know why. They say it wasn't a fallen tree or vandalism, and at this point, it appears to have been an act of God.
