The jury will get the Percoco corruption case

Closing arguments have focused on "ziti."

Federal prosecutors telling the jury that Joe Percoco told businessmen who wanted work in New York, "I need ziti," or "Where's the ziti?" when soliciting more than $300,000 in cash bribes.

But, Percoco's lawyers say the prosecution's star witness, Todd Howe, has no credibility because he's a convicted felon who's left a trail of lies, theft, and bad debt.

Percoco is a former aide to Governor Cuomo.
