The fight to restore NY's medical exemption to vaccines continues

Attorney Carl Schwartz tells Family Life, he's battling for his 11-year-old son Thorn.

During tomorrow's court appearance, Schwarz wants to see his son's medical exemption acknowledged long term.

Supporters also want to see the court strike down the statute amendment.  That move would allow all disabled children with medical exemptions for vaccines in the Empire State to return to school.

Folks will be gathering at the Penn Yan Court House tomorrow for a 1:30 p.m. rally, followed by court proceedings at 2 p.m.
