A bill that looked like it had widespread support was dropped hours before the vote after the president of Planned Parenthood flew to the state capitol Monday.

But Pennsylvania Family Institute's Mike Geer says losing this first round isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Geer says they can now make sure every lawmaker knows the details of what's currently allowed in the Keystone state.

And the next time they vote, it will be with confidence.

Geer predicts the bill may be brought up again this year.
