Texas Law Could Conflict With Roe Vs. Wade

The Texas legislature is considering a bill which would ban almost all abortions except in cases of rape, incest or life of the mother. A.C.L.U of Texas legal director Lisa Graybill says State Representative George Lavender's House bill 2659 is completely unconstitutional. She says "it is a direct assault on Roe Versus Wade."  Texas already has a law on the books which would outlaw all abortions should the U.S. Supreme Court ever overturn the Roe vs. Wade decision.
