  Teen pregnancy in the U.S. is at an all-time low. A report released Tuesday by the Center for Disease Control shows that teen pregnancy in 2009 was at its lowest level since the government began tracking the rates 70 years ago. Still. the U.S. teen pregnancy rate remains about 9 times higher then rates in industrialized nations.
