Teen pregnancy rates are at historic lows.  A new report by the National Center for Health Statistics shows teen pregnancies dropped by 40-percent between 1990 and 2008.  The center says "there are fewer teen pregnancies, it's the lowest rate we've had since 1976. There are fewer live births, but also fewer abortions. This is great news."  The full report can be found online at www.cdc.gov.
