The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will allow the state's largest teacher's union to protect teacher addresses. The high court ruled 5 to 1 Tuesday to allow the closely watched lawsuit to continue. The Pennsylvania Education Association was suing over the state's right to know law, which allows the private addresses of all teachers in the state to be public information. Commonwealth court had thrown out the lawsuit, but the justices reversed it, saying there had to be a way for individual teachers to bring the office of open records to court if they felt they were wronged. The case now heads back to a lower court.
