 A very interesting barter was made Monday morning by a tea party leader.  The Tea Party held a bizarre press conference Monday where they told Democrats 'we'll take the debt ceiling hike-- if you put gay troops-- back in the closet.' The speakers yesterday morning ranged from a man dressed as George Washington to Representative Michele Bachmann. The chairman of the Tea Party Founding Fathers-- William Temple-- said he could feel a compromise was coming on the debt ceiling-- and offered a long list of things Republicans could barter with. On that list, was keeping the front lines of America's wars free of openly gay people. He said military effeminization would have an extremely costly impact on recruiting and retaining our troops.
