Runners and walkers will lace up their shoes again on Saturday, Oct. 13 for our second annual 5K race, starting at 10:30 a.m during Sharathon.
Last year’s race was a huge blessing, attracting about 125 people -- that's runners and walkers combined. The ministry had the pleasure of meeting some very caring community members last October too, many of whom we met for the first time! Lord willing, participation will grow past 200 runners this Fall. That would be awesome! Every person makes a tremendous difference in the kind of work we can do for local families and churches.
The 5K race will begin and end at Family Life, located in Bath on Campbell Creek Road. Awards will be presented and race participants eat for free at Sharathon after the race. Visit www.fln.org/5k to learn everything you need to know.
