S.U. Chancellor Kent Syverud says the suspension "pending the outcome of the investigation" impacts the whole campus until the end of the semester.

This comes following reports that members of “Alpha Chi Rho” harassed a black student using a "verbal racial epithet.”

Syverud insists “The individuals involved have been identified and will be held appropriately accountable to the Code of Student Conduct and to the full extent of the law.”

The Department of Public Safety is now investigating half a dozen racist incidents across S-U’s campus since November 7th.
