The attorneys for the former Penn State president appeared before a panel of state Superior Court judges to argue for the dismissal of hiss March 2017 conviction on one count of child endangerment.

Graham Spanier was convicted for what prosecutors have called his failure to take the proper legal steps after a 2001 eyewitness account of potential misconduct by Sandusky was brought to his and other university administrators' attention.

The Penn State case is already appearing as a case study in certain business ethics texts.
