The former President of Penn State University is facing charges from Pennsylvania's Attorney General in the Jerry Sandusky child abuse case. Attorney General Linda Kelly says she has prepared charges of Perjury and Obstruction of Justice against Graham Spanier. Kelly says her office combed through emails uncovered last year by FBI director Louis Freeh, and they have enough evidence to build a case. Spanier is the highest ranking school administrator to face charges. Former Athletic Director Tim Curley and former Vice President Gary Schultz are also facing more charges.
