Some of the Best Places to Sell Your Home Are in New York

Two of the top three places in America to sell your home are in upstate New York. Utica ranked in first place nationally, just above Oklahoma City. And in third place, according to the real estate market tracker website Zillow, was Rochester. Pittsburgh, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Albany, New York rounded out the top six. One Pennsylvania town made the top 10 - Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Zillow says in the cases of Utica and Rochester, over 91 percent of homes sold for a gain, which is why they hit the top of the list. They described home sales here as "stable," as compared to other parts of the country.
