Snow-plow operators are 'busy as beavers' keeping the streets and roads clear

Even with the amount of snow we're getting, many utility officials are not anticipating the sort of power outages that we saw last week from the wind-storm.

But that's not the case in northeastern Pennsylvania which is under a blizzard warning.  Scranton Mayor Bill Courtwright says first responders are "at the ready" for wide-spread electrical issues.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has ordered speed limits reduced to 45 mph today and has banned big-rigs, buses and RV's from major highways.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is also cautioning people to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
