 On the blog "media ministry news", author Bryan Hudson wrote small churches operate 3 to 8 years behind media technology trends. Hudson says the churches use old operating systems like Windows 2000 or XP, do not record their sermons, have low-bandwidth internet connections, have little online presence, and aren't embracing social media to get the word out about their church.
