If you are frustrated with your husband or wife snoring or sheet-hogging, it turns out, sharing a bed could be better for your health then sleeping alone. Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh found couples who snuggle up are more secure, have lower stress levels, and are less anxious. Despite that, nearly 1 in 4 couples sleep in separate bedrooms.
