Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos said Monday he expects significant changes to New York's new gun law.  He specifically mentioned a provision that lowers the number of bullets in a magazine from 10 to 7, saying manufacturers do not make guns with 7 bullet magazines. He also said he's eyeing substantial changes to be able to protect your own home, but he didn't give details.  Governor Cuomo says the law may face minor amendments, but doesn't think any major amendments will pass.
