Should Hollywood Films Be Rated "R" For Smoking?

A new report by the U.S. Surgeon General shows if Hollywood films were slapped with an "R" rating for smoking, there would be a 20-percent reduction in adolescent tobacco use. The study enlisted 65-hundred teens that were shown films and watched in 8-month intervals. Several attorneys general have tried to persuade the movie industry to dock ratings for smoking, but with no luck.
