Sexting Could Cost You In PA, If Bill Is Passed

The Pennsylvania Senate Wednesday gave its approval to a bill to create criminal penalties for anyone over age 12 who sends lude photos of themselves using any electronic device, cell phone, tablet or computer. If the bill is passed in the House and the child is convicted, "sexters" could be charged with a misdemeanor or a more serious offense if the photo is of someone else.
