Sandusky Trying For Another Appeal

Jerry Sandusky has filed notice that he'll appeal a judge's ruling last month that rejected his claim that he didn't have enough time to prepare for his first trial. The former Penn State Assistant Football coach was convicted on 45 counts of child abuse charges, and is facing up to a 60 year prison term. This means Sandusky can try again-- to have another trial.
