Sandusky In Court Again Today

01.10.13 | Sarah Harnisch

Former Penn State Assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is expected to appear in person in a Pennsylvania courtroom today. Sandusky is launching an appeal on 45 counts of child abuse. His lawyers will explain they did not have enough time to prepare in his original trial. They will claim that a deluge of prosecution materials swamped their defense team. The proceeding in Bellefonte is expected to last less than two hours. Sandusky is serving a 60 year prison sentence.
