A former secretary of state is wondering if the right protocols were followed when e-mails came in about the dangers facing the U.S. Ambassador in Benghazi, Libya.  Condoleezza Rice says she understands that when things are unfolding quickly it's hard to know what's really going on, but things probably could have been handled better. She also says the Accountability Review board will be looking at what kinds of communication were taking place between Libya and the State Department. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is speaking out about e-mails that appear to show the White House was notified that militants had claimed responsibility for the deadly attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya two hours after the incident.  Clinton says a Facebook post in which an Islamic militant group claimed credit for the Benghazi attack doesn't constitute hard evidence in the case.  Clinton says such a posting on the social networking site shows how fluid the reporting was at the time of the September 11th incident.  She also stated that the investigation into those behind the attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans continues.
