Reproductive Care Act Would Have Sweeping Repercussions Across NY

Governor Andrew Cuomo is working on an abortion bill that would allow women to abort babies through the ninth month of pregnancy. It's called the Reproductive Care Act. Also, every hospital in the state, including those against abortion, would have to offer abortive care. It's being billed as a codification of Roe vs. Wade, but in fact, it would be the greatest expansion of abortion rights since the Supreme Court decision in 1973.
