Rep. Kevin Haggerty is back to work in Harrisburg

The Pennsylvania lawmaker missed 300 votes over the past six months.

Representative Mike Carroll, one of the fellow democrats that started the process of holding Haggerty in contempt for his repeated no-shows, says he's pleased to see Haggerty "working for the folks of Lackawanna County."

If he missed two more days, the House could have cited Haggerty for contempt.

The lawmaker has said he was out caring for his children in the midst of a divorce.
