Pump Handles Changing At Gas Stations Across The Country

31-thousand gas stations across the country will be getting a makeover. The E.P.A. is planning to phase out all the rubber fittings on pump handles that are designed to capture gasoline vapors. More then 70-percent of cars on the roads right now already have rubber fittings to protect against vapors, and the handles aren't necessary.
